The Mahana is a direct beachfront property located on the north end of North Kaanapali Beach.  There are (48) studios, (118) 1-bedroom units (some having 2 baths), and (48) 2-bedroom 2-bath units all featuring floor to ceiling windows looking out to stunning ocean views, and oceanfront lanais.  The Mahana is twelve stories high with a total of (216) units between its two towers - the Lanai tower and the Molokai tower, in reference to the outer islands you can see from the view. Every unit at the Mahana faces the ocean and most of the units have ocean views from the primary bedroom as well as from the living room. Spectacular sunset views can be experienced year-round.

Amenities include a welcome lobby and front desk. There is central air-conditioning and laundry in each unit, elevators, an oceanfront pool and hot tub spa, a tennis court, surf-board storage, BBQ areas, shuffleboard, and direct beach access.  Aston is the onsite vacation rental property management company, and it is optional for owners to be a part of this rental management program, which operates as a rental pool.

From the Mahana, one can walk or make their way down the beach all the way to Pu’u Keka’a (Black Rock). Dukes Restaurant at Honua Kai, and The Beach Club Restaurant at Kaanapali Shores are close by.  Across the road behind the Mahana is Times Grocery store along with many local shops, food trucks, and dining options.

Projects: Commencing in April of 2022 there was a (60) month special assessment approved by the board for owners for the major spalling renovation project and lanai waterproofing, and an additional amount added to this in 2023. The roofs at the Mahana are planned to be replaced in 2024 and 2025.

Shoreline: The shoreline fronting the Mahana has a rock revetment for protection from erosion that was designed by Sea Engineering Inc. and constructed in 1985. Topsoil and grassy lawn cover the revetment crest.
