Paki Maui

Paki Maui is an oceanfront property in the Honokowai neighborhood area made up of 108 one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 460 SF to 1082 square feet.  There are a total of three 4-story concrete buildings with a lush tropical inner courtyard with Japanese-inspired gardens and a water feature in the center. Paki Maui has both ocean-view and garden-view units. Amenities include an oceanfront lawn, a swimming pool, a hot tub spa, and a BBQ picnic area.

Many units at Paki Maui are rented as short-term nightly rentals and there are some timeshares operating at the property. According to the public report issued in 1973, Paki Maui was once called “Club Mondiale Paki Maui” and the purpose of the project was for permanent or temporary residences, or hotel rooms, and there was a commercial apartment rented to an onsite short-term rental manager – Broms-Lonie.  My Perfect Stays property management company now rents the commercial onsite office. It is optional for owners to be a part of this management program.

Shoreline: Paki Maui is an oceanfront property and has a sea wall. There is a seasonal sandy beach and tidepools. There are reefs running parallel to the shoreline.

Paki Maui is directly adjacent to Honokowai Beach Park, a public park with a small playground, grassy area, and beach, and is a short distance to Honoapiilani Beach Park, the entrance to North Kaanapali Beach and the beach boardwalk.  The property is across the street from some favorite local restaurants and coffee shops.
