Kaanapali Hillside is a residential community on the hillside above Kaanapali Resort and Kaanapali Beach. There are 130 homesites on quarter-acre lots, and the custom single-family homes have been built mostly over the last thirty + years. Kaanapali Hillside has its own private park and a playground. Some of the homes have private swimming pools and ocean views. The community is not gated and can be accessed from Puukolii Rd. You’ll often see residents from this neighborhood heading to the beach at sunset in their golf carts.
