Meet Heidi

Heidi Dollinger is a REALTOR Broker with Island Sotheby’s International Realty. Her mission is to help people live extraordinary lives and provide confidence and peace of mind when it comes to their Maui real estate experience. Originally from Illinois, Heidi grew up on a family farm. She has lived in Boca Raton, FL where she studied ballet and graduated from the Harid Conservatory. She then went on to earn a degree in interior design from Indiana University.

Heidi first visited Maui on vacation and stayed in Kaanapali. She fell in love with the nurturing spirit of the island and her husband, Allan. A new adventure began a year later by taking a leap of faith and relocating from Chicago to Maui, Hawaii.

Building on her years of professional experience working for a luxury kitchen design firm in Chicago, Heidi began her Maui real estate career in 2014. With care and attention, she built her business with a consistent focus on creating the best possible outcomes for her clients in any real estate market. 

Real Trends recognized Heidi in 2022 and 2023 as being in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide. She has been distinguished as a top-performing agent in Hawaii Business Magazine and Pacific Business News. Her listings have been featured in the LA Times, Wall Street Journal, Maui No Ka Oi, and on HGTV.

Heidi lives in West Maui and enjoys local coffee, paddle-boarding, hiking, yoga, and exploring Maui’s natural beauty. She is a charter member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset.  She has served as the West Maui Regional Director for the Realtor’s Association of Maui.

Mark is a highly motivated, detail-driven property developer and REALTOR with a passion for real estate and over 30 years of hands-on experience in homebuilding. With a background in entrepreneurship and founding startups in Silicon Valley, he brings sharp business acumen and a fresh, strategic approach to real estate marketing.
