Polynesian Shores has a front desk and onsite vacation rental management program operated by Maui Lodging.  It is optional for owners to be a part of this program.

Shoreline: Polynesian Shores is protected by a naturally rocky shoreline. There is no sea wall to maintain.  According to the County of Maui online mapping tools, the property is not in a special flood zone as the property sits on slightly higher ground.  Green sea turtles can often be seen along the shore, and humpback whales can be seen off the shore in the winter and early spring.

In 2020-2021 the complex underwent a major exterior renovation which included all new siding, windows and doors, and the addition of fire sprinklers in the loft units, offering the lofts a path to become permitted. The pool area was redone, BBQ’s were replaced, and a jacuzzi hot tub spa was added.
